Finished the art for my book in the Ley Lines series, called “Weird Territory.” A sort of visual essay on what I have read into Surrealism.
It’ll be out late this year! Love this series, very happy to be able to make one.

this is a 24-page essay in words and pictures about Surrealism and mystery and how they’ve informed my approach to work & thinking
Hello–
Here is a strange drawing that is a part of a book I’m doing with Ley Lines, which will be about my relationship to the surrealist and visionary in art. I think it will be out late this year.
Working on a book in the Ley Lines series, broadly about my relationship to the Surrealist movement and some related ideas. Coming out late this year. You can purchase a subscription and previous books in the series here! These are some of my favorite things being made in independent comics right now: beautiful and personal and unlike anything else.
This is a little promotional image reflecting the approach I want to take visually but I haven’t actually drawn the comic yet
HUNDER. Island Book: the Infinite Land is out on May 18 and available for preorder now.

Thinking about costume changes for Junti from the comic I am making. I’m on her last scene in book 2 of the comic!
I’ve been trying to put a lot of emphasis on clothing and how it signifies status among the Surin, to the point of many of Junti’s scenes beginning with meticulous focus on her putting on or adjusting her uniform, etc. I like motifs.
The second book of Vattu is ending very soon!!!! Stuff is HAPPENING!
I drew half of the new issue of the Adventure Time comic Candy Capers, written by Yuko Ota and Ananth Panagariya. A little preview is up here.
I love the surrealism of Adventure Time and think I did pretty well at doing my own thing with that angle. There are some nods to Bosch and Dalí, which seemed a little appropriate???? also jokes about butts??? This is my first comic of a licensed property and the widest print circulation of anything I’ve ever done!
It is in stores TODAY
You can download the horror comic I made for the Sleep of Reason anthology in 2013 right here for 3 USD! I’m still really happy with this one; it deals with some of my favorite subjects: parallel realities, language, and fringe metaphysical theorists.
Patreon $2+ backers just got a link of the thing for free so don’t buy it if you already got it!
Wick, from Island Book: the Infinite Land. Out soon, available for preorder now- https://us.macmillan.com/books/97812502
